About Greenland Hills and GHNA
Welcome to Greenland Hills, colloquially known as The M Streets, a conservation district neighborhood of the City of Dallas. Founded just over a century ago, Greenland Hills residents take great pride in our grand neighborhood, and you can see it and feel it as you stroll our streets. Greenland Hills boasts one of the largest collections of Tudor architecture in the country.
The Greenland Hills Neighborhood Association (GHNA) is a nonprofit 501(c)4 organization managed by an all-volunteer board of GHNA residents, elected for one-year terms. GHNA volunteer members consistently work together to create and nurture a neighborhood that fosters friendships and trusting neighbors.

Become a Member
When you join GHNA, you’ll become a part of the fabric of this warm, proactive neighborhood that families, empty nesters and singles all call home. GHNA works tirelessly to build a safe alcove in which neighbors can grow lasting bonds, and perhaps even more importantly, to create a “feeling” of belonging to something good. Fun-filled
GHNA Events
Between happy hours and playdates, garage sale days, garden group get-togethers, speaker events, block parties, parades and festivals, GHNA maintains a dynamic events schedule. These events are 100% planned, coordinated, and staffed by Greenland Hills neighbors who are also members of GHNA. Here’s a link to our upcoming events.
Crime Watch
Greenland Hills’ Crime Watch/ENP program is proven to deter crime. Crime Watch is funded by annual voluntary membership dues that go toward the coordination of Extended Neighborhood Patrols (ENP) by off-duty Dallas police officers, as well as networking within the neighborhood to make residents aware of suspicious activities. Our goal is to facilitate and galvanize an active, connected, and safer community. Learn more about Crime Watch.
Partners & Sponsors
GHNA partnership and sponsorship opportunities are a collaboration with area businesses and organizations to support our neighborhood initiatives. We are currently looking for sponsors to support our ongoing events.
